Come stay at this wonderful home in Meredith and kayak to Stonedam Island. Stonedam Island is a 112 acre Nature Preserve with walking trails. This lovely home with gorgeous gardens and a wonderful lake area is right on Lake Winnipesaukee. There is a sandy beach with a swim raft, and the dock has whips and will accommodate a 22' boat. Lovely sloping yard down to the lake and beach area. The owner provides a kayak and a canoe for your use. The deck has great seating areas, and there is a stone patio under the porch for getting out of the sun and reading a good book. This property is so comfortable and calming you will never want to leave! Located off of a quiet dirt road, this lovely remodeled home offers 4 bedrooms plus a loft and sleeping for 12. On the main floor is the master bedroom and bath, with a queen bed and walk-in closet. Great views right from bed! The lower level has a bedroom with a queen and shares a full bathroom with the other bedroom that has a full bed and a pyramid full/twin bunk bed. The lower level also has a living area with television. On the main floor is the living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. Outstanding views are all around!! Upstairs is the loft with a bedroom that has a double bed and office area with a daybed. If you are looking for a relaxing calm comfortable vacation with all kinds of lake exposure, you will want to stay here. SLEEPS 12. Beautiful Place to Stay
The place was beautiful, new and well maintained. Views of the lake from most every room were spectacular. The fourth bedroom was not shown in the photos, we thought there was just a loft as the 4th. Should add a photo. Also, for bigger groups, would be nice if the third bathroom was full, not half (there seems to be room for a shower in there!). No problem for us, though. Great home - very private...
Awesome property... Would stay there again. Pros - good location, very private, very clean, modern, had everything we needed. Even had 1 more bedroom than advertised! Cons - Grill was dirty, greasy and didn't get hot. Advertised whips on the dock but there weren't any.- Andrew Z , Posted:

We had a beautiful week and enjoyed staying at this location tremendously. We had excellent customer service using Bayside Rentals. They called to make sure we had no problems.
