Pet friendly knotty pine lakefront cottage located on Lake Winnisquam. Adorable and homey cottage with it all; a small grassy yard, picnic area with horseshoe pit, concrete deck for relaxing by the waters edge, and steps down to a small sandy beach area. Private boat dock that can accommodate up to a 13ft boat. Enjoy the large screen porch with gorgeous views all day long. There is one bedroom with a full bed on the main level. The other two bedrooms, each with a full bed, are on the upper level. A wonderful getaway, but still close to downtown Laconia and many Lakes Region activities. Dogs allowed for a $250 per dog fee, with a two dog max. SLEEPS 6. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served. A Place to Look Forward To
Perfect kid and dog friendly cottage. Furniture could be updated as it is worn out and seen better days, but that would not hinder me from returning another year. Lake view stunning and water beautiful for swimming. Attractions and close by. Would definitely recommend!- Ben B , Posted:
