Conveniently situated, this home is a short walk to the association beach, playground and clubhouse. Also, bring your sneakers and racket and head for the community basketball and tennis courts. Walking your dog is a true delight in this community but please be sure they are leashed at all times. A pet fee of $250/ per dog applies. Equipped with wireless internet and expanded cable, this home should provide all the comforts of home. Parking is limited to 2 cars at the unit, but there is an overflow lot down by the water. Please be aware that motorcycles and snowmobiles are not permitted on the property. SLEEPS 12. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. But be aware - no AC and it was very hot so we purchased a couple of fans for the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. The gas grill needs to be either replaced or repaired. The 3 burners have rotted out so cooking on it is a challenge. Other than that the house is as advertised, nice area, short walk to the beach, plenty of room for the 11 of us and beds were comfortable- Anonymous U , Posted:
