Gunstock Acres; nature's gem! Excellent home just minutes to the entrance of the Gunstock ski area and base. Summer or Winter, enjoy this spacious, home in the heart of the Lakes Region sleeping up to 10 guests. Great views of the mountains, forests and wildlife. Whether you enjoy night skiing or crisp mountain air, this home puts you within steps of the best outdoor activities available in the area. Access to a private community beach is located within a 10 minute drive of your door (If using the private beach, a pass is required and has to be picked up at the office and a security deposit paid, inquire when making a reservation.) Enjoy use of basketball courts and tennis courts. Ellacoya State Park is even closer! Enjoy many indoor games such as ping pong and darts in the unfinished basement/ gameroom, board games and stereo system. The main lower level serves as a great rec area. The second floor hosts the main family room, kitchen and King Master suite. The upper level features a reading corner with views of Gunstock Mountain, and 2 additional bedrooms each with a Twin trundle and Full bed. Plus, a 2nd Full bath for these rooms to share. Large vaulted ceilings and the open concept floor plan make this a great home for family and friends to gather and relax. Please note, the basement bathroom is under construction. THERE IS NO TV SERVICE AT THIS PROPERTY. Wireless internet is NOT provided by the property owner. PLEASE NOTE: linens/towels are not included in this rental, please inquire about renting these items when making your reservation as they are on a first come/first serve basis.     The location was great. The house was comfortable. The door lock that wouldn't lock was my only real complaint. Overall, however, we had a great stay.

    We stayed here for 3 nights during long weekend.
    House is good enough for 6-8 people.

    Good thing:
    1)House was clean and large enough to accommodate 6-8 people.
    2) Large porch at the main entrance of house is good for having cup of coffee or just enjoy with kids. 3)Open floor plan on the main floor to us it was helpful as we had 2-3 kids in our group.
    4) No TV was really good idea as we could enjoy quality time.

    Improvement:
    1)Do not have level yard.
    2) Found difficult to seat outside at fire pit area as it was made up on slope instead of level area.
    3) AC in the room was of poor quality and with loud noise

    We rented (BOB46B) for family arriving from across the US to attend a family member's memorial service. This property fit our needs to a T. Plenty of room for everyone, open airy, full of light and comfortable. Bayside Property Rentals' Michelle Pillsbury was an outstanding property manager. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation in New Hampshire with all the amenities you can think of and centrally located.
