This exclusive island rental has a very private cove leading to its own beautiful sandy beach on a gently sloping lot spanning over an acre. Here you have your own private beach exclusively for you & your guests that abuts 17 unoccupied acres.
This great summer home is traditional and adorable with beautiful walking trails throughout the island. Post and beam interior, brick raised hearth fireplace, large family room, full size bathroom, full size kitchen, dining area, lovely screened porch, gas grill, and a large deck area with a huge patio table & chairs that seats 12, great for family gatherings.
There is a total of three bedrooms in this lovely island property;
• One bedroom with a queen bed with views of the water.
• Second bedroom having 2 twin beds with views of the water.
• Third bedroom with two full over full bunk beds which are full size mattresses and one additional full trundle, this large bedroom has a total of 5 Full beds.
This property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. This island rental, which is sure to please, must have a boat to access this unbridged island and there is private 58-foot cement dock that accompanies the property. Water is from the Lake and you will want to PLEASE BRING YOUR DRINKING WATER.
Parking permits for the Gilford Marina can be obtained at the rental office during check-in. Linens/towels are included in this rental as well.
